🔁 Return Policy

At Alpha Organic, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a wrong product

• The product was leaking or broken at the time of delivery

2. Return Request Time

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with:

• Clear pictures of the product

• Order details

• Reason for return

4. Non-Returnable Situations

5. Replacement Process
